Important Eligibility Information
Pickups must be scheduled by property owners only.
Multi-family properties (2–5 units) must also be scheduled by the property owner/landlord.
Bulk collection eligibility is determined per building, not per unit.
For example:
A two- or three-family home is eligible for only one bulk pickup per year (either spring or fall), the same as a single-family home.
Property owners are strongly encouraged to notify their tenants in advance so all residents may participate, as only one collection is permitted per building each year.
Preparation Guidelines
Items must be placed curbside no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
Materials must not block sidewalks, walkways, or create safety hazards.
Keep weekly household trash separate from bulk items.
Separate iron and steel items from other bulk materials. (Iron/steel will be collected by a separate truck after regular bulk collection.)
Volume Limit:
Excluding appliances and furniture, bulk items must not exceed three (3) cubic yards (approximately 3’ high × 3’ deep × 9’ long or 3 feet wide by 3 feet long by 9 feet high)
