Due to unforeseen issues at the Elizabeth A. Berner Pool at Norton Park, the pool will not open as scheduled on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

The Town is actively working toward opening the pool as soon as possible. We will provide an update and announce the revised opening date as soon as it is confirmed.

Plainville Recreation is pleased to announce that we will be opening the Elizabeth A. Berner Pool this summer 7 days a week!  Please note the time changes.

Season Passes can be bought at PlainvilleCT.RecDesk.com and will be picked up at the pool during your first visit. Please bring ID to confirm your identity when picking up passes. Season Passes are $29 each for everyone 3 years and older and $24 for Seniors (62+). Day Passes are sold at Berner Pool for that day only. Day Passes are $5 for Plainville Residents and $15 for non-residents. Proof of residency is required for in-town price. All patrons are required to purchase a Day Pass pool per person ages 3 & up to enter the facility. Showers are available with soap as well as restrooms and sinks. Management reserves the right to change policies or procedures at any time at their discretion for any reason they deem necessary. Please note, the pool may close at any moment due to the weather or the water quality being compromised. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
