Town Attorney

The Town Attorney represents the Town of Plainville, its Boards and Commissions and, in certain areas, the Board of Education, in all litigation instituted by them or against them.  The Attorney provides advice to the Town Council, the Town Manager, Department Heads, and Boards and Commissions. The attorney drafts contracts, agreements, opinions, resolutions and various other documents.  The attorney represents the Town in some labor matters as well.
