Items allowed in your recycle bin

What materials am I allowed to place in the recycling cart?

 The following is what is accepted in your recycle bins.

Clean food & beverage containers:

Newspapers

Magazines

Catalogs

Junk Mail

Office Paper

Cereal Boxes

Glass and Metal Food Containers

Plastic Containers #1-7

Corrugated Cardboard

 The following are some examples of items that are not allowed to be placed in your recycle bins:          

Brush (leaves, grass clippings),wood, demolition and construction waste, e-waste, garbage bags, household waste (belongs in the waste bin), carpets, artifical trees, and items similar are not accepted in your recycle bins and will not be collected by CWPM.  Some items are made with certain plastics that cannot be used in the recycling process.
