Call 860-747-5728 Ext.1 to make a ride appointment.

Plainville Senior Citizens' Center members, who live in Plainville, may use Dial-A-Ride to take them to medical and social service appointments in Bristol, Farmington, New Britain, Southington, Newington VA Hospital, plus any destination in Plainville, including medical, banks, hairdresser, library, convalescent home, friend's house, etc.  

Dial-A-Ride operates on Monday-Thursdays (9-4:00), and Fridays (9-12:30).

To book a ride, call 860-747-5728 Ext.1.  Please reserve your ride - minimum of one week in advance. 

The Dial-A-Ride driver cannot help you with your groceries or packages, or to help you walk. You may, however, bring an aid.  Please let the transportation coordinator know if you are bringing an aid, so the driver knows how much space to reserve.

A suggested donation of $1.00 per trip is appreciated.
