Marriage Licenses
Individuals getting married in Connecticut must obtain their marriage license no more than 65 days before the wedding date. A license to be married must be obtained from the Town Clerk's office in the town in which the marriage is to take place.
To Obtain a Marriage License
- Are you getting married in Plainville? Are you getting married within the next 65 Days?
- If you answered "YES" to both of these questions, you need to apply for a marriage license at the Plainville Town Clerk's Office.
- Complete the Marriage License Worksheet.
- Bring a current form of photo identification and $50 (cash/check/charge)
