COUCH TO 5K RUN/WALK PROGRAM - all ages welcome - In partnership with Healthy Plainville
Dates: Mondays, June 11 to July 16 (6 weeks). Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Fee: $15.00
Location: Norton Park/Pool Parking Lot
Prepare for the Petit Road Race on Sunday, July 22, 2018.
Learn warm up & stretching techniques. Get ready for the race without injury.

AQUA AEROBICS
Exercise in the water. Swimming ability can be non-swimmer through expert.
Location: Berner Pool. Fee: $40.00
Date: Mondays & Wednesdays, June 25th to August 8th (No class July 4th). Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m.

MORNING STRETCH & COFFEE
Restore, Strengthen & Stretch. Get yourself moving with yoga/pilates movement and a cup of coffee.
Bring a yoga mat..
Location: Recreation Dept./Use side door.. Fee: $30.00
Date: Saturdays, June 23 to July 28. Time: 8:15 to 9:00 a.m.

ZUMBA.
Strengthen the body to music.
Location: Norton Park Band Shell. Fee: $40.00
Dates: Wednesdays & Fridays, June 27 to August 8 (No class July 4). Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m.

ETHEL YOGA - Yoga is a series of postures, which combine breathing, stretching and relaxation.
Location: Library. Fee: $40.00

LINE DANCING - Learn the basics of Country Line Dance
