Revaluation Information

In accordance with Connecticut State Statutes, the Town completed our last revaluation of all real property for the October 1, 2021 Grand List . To address the changes in property value a revaluation is completed every 5 yrs to determine the current fair market value of each real estate parcel. 

ATTENTION: 2026 revaluation has begun and representatives from eQuality, the company retained to assist the Assessor complete the project, are out taking digital images of properties beginning Monday, February 9, 2026.
