The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is seeking qualifications and proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Commissioning Agent (“CxA”) services for the Middle School of Plainville (“MSP”) Renovation Project, a state-funded, phased renovation that will occur while the school remains occupied.

The project is being administered by the Town’s Capital Projects Building Committee. The Owner is the Town of Plainville, Architectural & Engineering Design services are being provided by Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. (“KBA”), and Construction Manager at Risk services are being provided by Downes Construction Company.

The selected CxA will work in close coordination with the Town, KBA, Downes Construction, and other project partners to ensure systems commissioning meets performance standards and supports the successful completion of this vital school modernization project.
