The Town of Plainville, Connecticut, acting through its Water Pollution Control Authority, is requesting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms for services to prepare a Wastewater Facilities Plan of the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility (“WPCF”) and wastewater collection system. It is the Town's intent to hire an engineering firm with significant experience in wastewater treatment and collection system evaluation, planning, permitting, design and construction phase engineering services. The Statement of Qualifications will be reviewed and some or all of the firms may be requested to attend an interview to further clarify the proposer's qualifications, project understanding and approach.
