The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (“Town”) (population approximately 17,500), is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors/Firms to perform a town-wide reappraisal and revaluation of all real property, including land, buildings, and other improvements, effective for the October 1, 2026 Grand List. This project shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Connecticut General Statutes, the regulations of the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM), and guidelines established by the Director of Assessment and Revenue Collection.
