The Town of Plainville, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified classification and total compensation consulting firms to provide an in-depth review of the Town’s current classification and total compensation levels, as well as a recommendation for an improved classification list. This study would include a maximum of 85 positions. Included in this study are approximately 70 classifications and two labor unions representing the following employees: Town Hall, Police Dispatchers, and Library and Public Works.
