The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (the “Town”) is seeking architectural and engineering design services from qualified firms for the design of renovations at the Middle School of Plainville (“MSP”). The scope of this project involves preliminary design, final design, and construction inspection. All work shall comply, in every respect, with Town and State regulations and laws, as well as applicable Code requirements (Town and State).

In March 2024, Plainville voters voted at a referendum in favor of appropriating $61,915,000 for renovations and improvements to the Middle School of Plainville and authorize the issuance of bonds and notes to finance the portion of the project not defrayed from grants.
