The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is seeking sealed Bids for Contract 2026-15, Water Pollution Control Facility Boiler Replacement. The work under this Contract shall consist of the demolition of the existing boiler system and installation of a new boiler system and controls according to the specifications in the Bid documents.

The Owner will conduct a mandatory site visit on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the Water Pollution Control Facility at 100 Cronk Road in Plainville, CT at 2:00 PM. Bidders should report to the Administrative Office at that time.
