2026 Property Revaluation Notice: Data Collection/Data Mailers have been Mailed to Plainville Property Owners

The Town of Plainville is using eQuality Valuation Services, LLC of Waterbury, CT as its vendor to collect data. The Town is requesting that you mail the data directly to eQuality at their Waterbury office.  Data Collection/Data Mailers have been mailed to Plainville property owners from eQuality Valuation Services, LLC. The purpose of the mailing is to verify the accuracy of the data the Assessment & Revenue Collection Office has on file for Revaluation purposes. They request that all property owners respond within 10 days of receipt of their letter.
