A report was developed by our educational consultants and through discussions with staff. The "specs" provide rationale for the renovation project that go beyond just replacing failing mechanical systems. This report details the restructuring of space needed to meet current and future educational requirements.

A Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Condition Report published on MSP finds, with a few exceptions, that the building's mechanicals are original and estimated to no longer be operating efficiently.
