Public Works

The Public Works Department is comprised of the following departments:

• Public Works Administration
• Buildings & Grounds
• Roadways
• Water Pollution Control Plant

These crews work in conjunction to make sure the Town-owned buildings, grounds, roads and property look their best and function at their best. Some of their responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of all Public Buildings
• Park Grounds Maintenance
• Snow Plowing/Sanding
• Street Sweeping
• Replacing Catch Basins
• Road/Curb Repair
• Pot Hole Repair
• Tree Removal
• Sewer Cleaning
• Sewer Back-ups
• Transfer Station
