Town of Plainville to Hold Vaccination Clinic for Residents 45+

The Town of Plainville will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, April 2, for Plainville residents age 45 and over.  The Town has partnered with Hartford HeathCare who will be providing 100 first doses of the Moderna vaccine.  The clinic for the second dose will take place Friday, April 30.

Residents must register for appointments in advance.  Walk-ins will not be accepted the day of the clinic.

Eligible residents can register on Wednesday, March 24, between 9:00am and 1:00pm by calling 860-793-0221, then pressing 1 when prompted for the vaccine clinic registration line. When calling, residents must have their insurance card available, if they have one, and email address.  Those who do not have insurance will still receive the vaccine for free.  We expect phones will be very busy the day of registration.  We ask that residents be patient when calling.

The clinics on April 2 (dose 1) and April 30 (dose 2) will take place at the Firehouse (77 West Main Street) from 10:00am to 3:00pm.  Registered residents must bring photo ID and their insurance card (if they have one) to their appointment.
