Probate Court Transition

Effective January 9, 2019, the Town of Plainville transitioned from the Regional 19 Probate Court (located in Bristol) to the Farmington Regional Probate Court. Please be advised, matters that were filed in Region 19 Probate Court (Bristol) before January 9 will continue to be handled at that court unless a party requests a transfer.
Beginning January 9, 2019, all new Plainville matters should be filed in Farmington.
