Plainville-Southington Health District Announces Flu Clinics (11/10 and 11/12)

The Plainville-Southington Health District will hold two flu clinics for residents over the age of 18 on November 10 and November 12. For locations, times and more specific information including fees, if applicable, please click on the flyer link below. There is also a link for the Consent Form which should be printed, if possible, completed and brought with you if attending one of the clinics.
Please Note: Residents can also contact their doctor's office or local pharmacy for information about flu clinics and/or to schedule a flu shot.
