*UPDATE*: CT DOT - Woodford Ave Westbound On-ramp to I-84 CLOSED Through 3/25/22

CTDOT is announcing drainage work in Plainville will requires closing the Woodford Avenue westbound on-ramp to I-84. The Woodford Avenue ramp closure to perform drainage work will begin Tuesday, March 19 through *Monday, March 25*.

Motorists can expect the Woodford Avenue westbound on-ramp to I-84 closed in Plainville to traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists around the work zone. The day work schedule for this project is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 19 through Monday, March 25, 2024. Traffic will be detoured West on Woodford Avenue, right onto route 10, right onto route 372, right on route 72 eastbound to I-84 westbound.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
