COVID-19 Booster Clinic at Plainville Senior Center

On Wednesday, January 12, 2022, a COVID-19 Booster Clinic will be held, by appointment, at the Plainville Senior Center, 200 East Street, Plainville. The clinic will be open to the public; call the Senior Center at 860-747-5728 to schedule an appointment time.
The clinic is sponsored by the Plainville-Southington Regional Health district and will be administered by Hartford Health Care. Both Pfizer and Moderna shots will be available. Individuals must bring proof of ID (driver's license or piece of mail) and their COVID card or proof of prior COVID vaccines. Individuals who want a first or second COVID-19 vaccination may also get their shot at this clinic.
