ALARM REGISTRATION REMINDER

In accordance with the Town of Plainville Alarm Ordinance 150, any residence or business that is equipped with an alarm system that notifies the Police or Fire Department must have that alarm system registered with the Plainville Police Department.  The alarm "season" runs each year from July 1 to June 30, in which the police department records any and all false alarms that occur.  Repeated false alarms and/or locations that do not have registered alarm systems may result in fines.  The Plainville Police Department is asking all alarm owners that have not yet registered their alarm systems to do so as soon as possible.  This also includes new owners of business or homes that have taken over an existing alarm system.  You may download the form here or you can follow the link on our home page for "Alarm Registration & False Alarms".
