Revaluation Information

In accordance with Connecticut State Statutes, the Town completed our last revaluation of all real property for the October 1, 2016 Grand List . To address the changes in property value a revaluation is completed every 5 yrs to determine the current fair market value of each real estate parcel. The Town of Plainville's next revaluation to determine the current fair market value will be completed as of October 1, 2021.
