Renew My Library Card

Plainville Public Library cardholders may renew their library card by phone, in person,
or online by completing this form.
Patrons must verify their contact information and be a Plainville resident to renew their card. If you have moved out of Plainville, you must obtain a library card from the town/city in which you currently reside. Library cards obtained at a public library in Connecticut may be used at any public library within the state.
