Sewer Review Application

1. Fill out the Sewer Review Sheet below.

2. Attach a copy of your latest water readings from the previous year. It would be beneficial to submit a year's worth of water readings (i.e. July 2021-July 2022). You will be able to upload copies at the end of the form.

• To view your water history, please obtain a copy from Aquarion.  If you need assistance obtaining your water readings, please contact Aquarion at 860-747-8000 and ask for a "full consumption" report. 

3. Attach a copy of your current sewer bill as well as the last two years.  If you do not have those bills in hand, you can obtain a copy at https://www.mytaxbill.org/inet/bill/home.do?town=plainvillesewer.

•  Enter your Unique ID and click "Search".  This will display the last few years of sewer bills.

4. The sewer review sheet, water readings, and copies of the sewer bills will be electronically submitted to the Town Hall Building Department for review.

§332-13 Any user that believes its sewer user fee was improperly calculated or was inequitable may petition for an adjustment within 60 calendar days of the due date of such charges, first due date November 1.
