Harry Potter Shield

 

Celebrate Harry Potter’s 20th Anniversary this Fall!
All September Long.  No Registration Needed.
 

During the month of September we’ll be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the U.S. publication of the first Harry Potter book.

Visit our Harry Potter display to make a Sorting Hat origami catcher, pick up a Harry Potter Would You Rather booklet, take a picture in the Azkaban “wanted” poster, try your hand at some difficult mazes, design your own Patronus, play a Patronus matching game, take part in our Horcrux scavenger hunt, and vote for which House Rita Book should be sorted into!

 

 Fallen Kingdom

 

Family Dinner Theater  All Ages
Thursdays, Sept. 20, Oct. 18, & Nov. 8, 6:00 PM 
 

Bring a blanket and some dinner and come enjoy a movie in our auditorium! (Tables and chairs will also be provided.)

Kindness Club

 

Kindness Club  Children and Teens Ages 8+
First Wednesday of the month (10/3, 11/7, 12/5) 6:30-7:30 PM;
Children and Teens can participate from home too! 

 

Join us each month as we do monthly service projects for those in our community. We’ll meet, have snacks, and work on the project together.

Can’t make the meeting?  Stop by the library and pick up supplies so you can participate from home and drop off your finished project at the library before the day of the program. 
 

October’s activity:  Make Activity Workbooks for the children at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
