Reading Without Walls Challenge
For Children & Teens
1) Read a book about a character that doesn’t look or live like you
2) Read a book about a topic you don’t know much about, and
3) Read a book in a format you don’t usually read for fun (a chapter book, a book in verse, a graphic novel, a picturebook, etc.)

Pick up your Reading Without Walls Challenge card between January 3 and February 28 at the children’s desk!



"Flying Fingers" Knit & Crochet Group
Wednesdays, from 3:30-5:00 PM  
All Ages - Kids, Teens & Adults.  Drop-in event. No Registration Needed. 

Come learn to knit and crochet, or bring your current project. Members of the group are here to help you! Children are welcome to come after school lets out. 




Chill Out & Warm Up: Coloring & Cocoa  and Board Games & Bagels*

Coloring & Cocoa - Friday, February 16 at 1:30 PM

Our auditorium will be filled with paper-covered tables and tons of mandalas and coloring pages to color, as well as hot chocolate to warm your bones!


Board Games & Bagels - Tuesday, February 20 at 1:30 PM

Our auditorium will be filled with all sorts of games as well as bagels to keep you going!  Bring your own games or try some of ours!

The Fandom Guild - Fairy Tale Tea Party*

Teens ages 13+

Join the Fandom Guild for an evening of tea & treats!
We'll discuss the influences of fairy tales & mythologies in what we read, watch & play; share our favorite tales & favorite fandoms that revolve around this theme; and work on book crafts.
