Walk-in Vaccine Clinic - Thursday, June 10th

The Plainville/Southington Health District along with Hartford Healthcare has arranged a walk-in vaccine clinic for Thursday, June 10, at the Recreation Building located at 50 Whiting Street in Plainville. The clinic will be held from 1:00pm - 4:00pm in the bay area. The Pfizer (ages 12+) and Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+) vaccines will be available. Those who receive dose one of the Pfizer vaccine will be scheduled to return on Thursday, July 1, at the same time for their second dose.
Minors must have a parent/guardian with them at the clinic to sign the consent form. You do not need to be a Plainville resident to attend. Please bring photo ID.
