Municipal Closings - December Holidays & New Year's 2020

The Town of Plainville offices will observe the following hours:
Tuesday, December 24, the Municipal Center will close at 11:30am.
Tuesday, December 24, the Senior Center will close at 1:00pm.
Tuesday, December 24, the Library will close at 1:30pm.
Wednesday, December 25, all offices will be closed**.
**The Senior Center will be open for their 44th annual Christmas Dinner for members on Wednesday, December 25, beginning at 11:30am. Please call the Senior Center at 860-747-5728 for reservations.
The Town of Plainville offices will observe the following hours:
Tuesday, December 31, the Municipal Center will close at 11:30am.
Tuesday, December 31, the Senior Center will close at 1:00pm.
Tuesday, December 31, the Library will close at 1:30pm.
Wednesday, January 1, 2019 all offices will be closed**.
There will be regular refuse and recycling collection on Tuesday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 31. There will be no collection Wednesday, December 25 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020. Both of those collections will be delayed one day for both weeks. Collections will run from Thursday through Saturday both weeks.
