CT DECD Pandemic Recovery Business Survey

"While organizations continue to come up with innovative solutions to the challenges posed by COVID-19, the pandemic continues to disrupt lives and impact the way business is conducted everywhere.

In order to drive effective decisions to help our small businesses and nonprofit organizations across the state, we need information. The survey below is intended to gather feedback from our businesses and institutions on the ongoing impact of the pandemic and current needs.

The survey is completely voluntary but we encourage you to complete it, and to share it with other businesses and organizations around the state. We need to hear directly from you, the business owner, about the challenges you continue to face and what key services are necessary to sustain and grow in this new economic environment.

We thank you in advance for all that you have done and continue to do to keep our state healthy, safe and moving forward.
