COVID Vaccination/Booster Clinic at Senior Center - FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2022

Another vaccination clinic by appointment, has been scheduled at the Plainville Senior Center, 200 East Street, Plainville for Friday, February 18th, 9:30a to noon. The clinic is open to the public; call the Senior Center at 860-747-5728 to schedule an appointment time.
The clinic is sponsored by the Plainville-Southington Regional Health District and will be administered by Hartford HealthCare. Both Pfizer and Moderna shots will be available. Individuals must bring proof of ID (driver's license or piece of mail) and their COVID Vaccination card or proof of prior COVID vaccines, if applicable. Individuals who want a first or second COVID-19 vaccination may also get their shot at this clinic.
