What is the compliance needed for additions and accessory structures?

Zoning Approval (Compliance) is needed for additions, any new construction, garages, sheds, decks, porches, pools, foundations, and fences.

If you are building any of the above (excluding foundations and fences) on a property that has a septic system, you will also need to fill out this health form.

A Certificate of Occupancy is needed for additions, three and four season rooms, bonus rooms, dormers, and anything else considered "living space."

A Certificate of Completion is needed for garages.
