The Water Pollution Control Deparmtent manages the sanitary sewer system that serves the Town of Plainville.
Contact the Water Pollution Control Department for:

During regular business hours (7am - 3pm), please call 860-793-0221 ext. 228.
After hours, please call the Police Department non-emergency number 860-793-1616.
