How to Apply for an Absentee Ballot

Absentee Ballot applications can be obtained by calling the Town Clerk’s Office at (860) 793-0221 Ext. 247 or by stopping in during regular business hours (Monday – Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon)

You may also download a printable Absentee Ballot Application from www.ct.gov/sots/LIB/sots/ElectionServices/ElectForms 

You must be a registered voter in the Town of Plainville in order to be eligible to vote via absentee ballot. An application must be completed, signed & submitted to the Town Clerk's Office before a ballot may be issued.
