I. Approval of November Minutes
MOTION: Bill Bulger made the motion to approve the minutes of the November meeting

III. Financial / Budget Report
Colin was directed by the Town Manager to submit budget with a 2% increase in full time salaries with a 0% increase in remaining line items.
Last year major changes in General Fund and Recreation Fund. Budget within reduction of combined budget of approximately $14,000. Major reduction $7,000 park improvements, $4,000 in mini day camp program and $2,500 wading pool pad park. General fund budget reduced by $102,000. Recreation fund budget increased by $88,000. Included in packet are the 3 recreation dept budgets with amounts listed in each line item in this year’s budget with the amount request for 2013. Full time salary increase by 2%. Zero change in remaining line items. Only exception in Rec Fund Budget is the summer concert subsidy increased $1,700 amount cut last year. Colin met with the Town Manager and budget committee this morning. At this point no change in budget.
Recreation fund balance $96,700. Berner Pool Fund Balance $214,830. Active budget $42,000. Capital Improvements fund balance $18,455.
IV. Facilities Report
A. Berner Pool Slides- Jeff from In-sl-x has not returned call. Talk to Mario Abella, Director of Facilities at Lake Compounce. Offered to look at slide. Problem to blast off slide renew product. We could hire his painter to apply new finish.
V. Program Reports
A. Winter Flyer – Winter registration started Tuesday, will keep updated with registration numbers. Youth BB grades 2-3, 96 grades 4, 5 & 6, 95.
B. NYC trip Dec 10th sold out.
C. Child new exploring grades 6-8, zumba good exercise for kids, expanded
volleyball girls, adults jewelry making and Tai Chi.
