ROAD CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT - STILLWELL DRIVE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
Construction has begun to replace the Stillwell Drive Bridge over the Quinnipiac River. Be advised, Stillwell Drive is closed to vehicle traffic from Linsley Drive to Rosemont Drive. Detour routes have been established for vehicle traffic. The bridge is expected to remain closed until September 2013. Please note this schedule is subject to change due to weather or construction delays. Updates will be posted here on the Town of Plainville home page. Questions regarding the project should be directed to John R. Bossi, Director of Technical Services at 860-793-0221 x 220.

Reminder to Residents Regarding Trash/Recycling Containers:
Please be sure to follow the instructions on the top of the lid when placing the trash and recycling containers at the curb. The arrows must be pointed toward the road. Also, containers must be five (5) feet from any objects (such as sign posts, mailboxes, etc.) or other carts. Thank you!
