Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal

The Town of Plainville receives Federal Aviation Administration grants for airport planning and development projects for Robertson Field Airport.  We are establishing an overall DBE goal in accordance with the regulations of the US DOT, 49 CFR Part 26, for federal fiscal years 2015 through 2017.

Below is the DBE program including the proposed overall goal and rationale for federal fiscal years 2015 through 2017.  Also, included are the anticipated projects for that same timeframe, along with the estimated dollar value of work for eight (8) separate trades within the airport’s market area.  This information will be available for inspection online and in the Town Manager's Office for the next 30 days (through March 14, 2015).
