Reserve a Meeting Room

Application and Guidelines

  • Meetings must be open to all persons
  • Any organization can use a meeting room as long as no fee is being charged for the event
  • Meeting rooms can be booked up to 6 months in advance
  • An application must be filled out and approved before use of the meeting room is permitted

Completed applications may be emailed to plainvillepubliclibrary@gmail.com or dropped off in person at the Reference desk
