ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - PART TIME
Apprx 19 hours week; primary responsibility is to oversee major school construction projects such as: paying bills, compiling statistical summary reports, posting of journal entries. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices; general computer skills, knowledge of computerized accounting/bookkeeping systems; and ability to operate a computer efficiently with knowledge of Word and Excel. Interpersonal skills needed to work with department heads; mathematical ability; and ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
